Preparation details:

Non-genetically modified, sound and ripe mandarin segments: cleaned, cut, peeled, preserved in syrup and pasteurized until getting a ready to eat product.
Presentations: Whole mandarin segments with max 5% up to 20% broken, depending on client’s requirements. Broken mandarin segments.
